Over 20 years ago I left my job and embarked on a transformative five-year odyssey, discovering the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda.
When I returned to the corporate world, I faced stress, bullying, and relentless travel, but a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis pushed me to seek healing beyond western medicine.
A life-altering retreat in a Buddhist monastery reminded me of the power of mindfulness, nourishing food and simple living. It brought me home.
And, my thyroid levels improved.
So I immersed myself in a two-year yoga teacher training program where I found renewed energy and purpose through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and Ayurveda.
Guided by my own personal transformation, my mission is to illuminate a path of possibilities. I empower individuals to conquer symptoms deemed inevitable through yoga, Ayurveda, and mindful living.
