Hatha Flow & Yin Yoga

Fall 2026 8-Week Series (In-Person & Online)

Grounding Hatha. Restorative Yin. One hour each week to breathe, release, and reset.

Beginner-friendly and welcoming to all bodies, ages, and identities.

Eight weeks of Wednesday-evening yoga as the season shifts from summer into fall. The practice will provide more grounding as the days shorten. Longer holds, warming flow, breath work to steady the nervous system as we move into the busier season. In-person at the church, live on Zoom, and recorded so if you miss a week, the recording is yours to keep.

  • Hatha to build strength, mobility, and postural ease
  • Yin to soften fascia, quiet the mind, and deepen flexibility
