Hatha & Yin Yoga

9-Week Tuesday Series (In-Person or Online)
If your body is craving steadiness and your mind wants a quieter evening, this series is for you. Each Tuesday we’ll blend Hatha (gentle movement, alignment, gentle strength) with Yin (longer holds, deep release). You can join in person near Danforth and Chester at the East End United Church: 310 Danforth Avenue (2 minute walk west of Chester Subway Station) & Live on Zoom or online—and you’ll receive access to all nine recordings.
What you’ll experience:
- Hatha to build strength, mobility, and postural ease
- Yin to soften connective tissue and settle the nervous system
- Clear, inclusive instruction with options for every body
- Replays so you can practise on your own schedule

- In Person: Sep 9, 16, 23, 30 • Oct 14, 21, 28 • Nov 4 – Please note, no in person class on October 7.
Virtual: Sep 9, 16, 23, 30 • Oct 7, 14, 21, 28 • Nov 4 - Time: 7:00–8:00 pm (Toronto/ET)
- Replays: Access to all 9 recordings as they become available
Location & Access:

Price: $80 + HST for the full 9-week series.

- Yoga mat
- Water
- 2 yoga blocks
